In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. q788 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your q788 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any changes to account settings, regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you personally or by a third party using your credentials.

You must keep your q788 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. q788 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The account holder is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• q788 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

All q788 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits may be made using the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. q788 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in the name of the verified account holder.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change at q788's discretion. q788 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

All deposits are credited to your q788 account balance in PKR at the time the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment network. q788 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals from your q788 account are processed to your verified payment method only. q788 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used for deposit, or methods not registered in the account holder's verified name.

Before any withdrawal is processed, q788 may require the account holder to complete or update KYC verification. Processing times for standard withdrawals are typically within 1–5 business days, subject to the payment provider's own processing schedules. q788 will endeavour to process withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible.

q788 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal where:

• KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been satisfied in relation to the funds being withdrawn.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is pending in relation to the account.

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including where incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error.
• There is evidence that the outcome of the event had already been determined at the time the bet was placed and this information was not publicly available.
• The bet was placed using an automated system, bot, or any software that q788 has not explicitly authorised.
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in circumstances covered by the applicable sporting rules.

In the case of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of q788 is final and binding. In circumstances where a manifest error in settlement is identified, q788 reserves the right to re-settle the bet correctly, regardless of whether funds have already been credited or withdrawn.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all q788 betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the platform at the time of placing a bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q788 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:
